A tall, handsome, well built man in his mid-twenties, Sir Lucius dreamed his entire life of gallantly serving the Lantern Knights. A nobleman by birth, Lucius was squired as a young man and able to develop his skills as a knight early on. He was admitted into the Knights of the Order of the Lantern of St. Clevoy on his twentieth birthday and soon proved to be an excellent and enthusiastic soldier, if a little short on common sense.
Sir Lucius’ naivete was not lost upon his family and before he was dispatched on his first mission the loyal family retainer, Victor, was assigned to look after him and ensure that disaster did not befall him.
Through postings in the Northern Kingdoms and a short time in the Ancient Lands, Lucius was able to display his talent and ability and garner for himself the reputation that he has always coveted. He is bold and often seeks out difficult tasks to build his name within the ranks of the Lantern Knights. When a chance came up for him to travel to the remote and dangerous city of Sun in the Centaran jungle, Lucius jumped at the opportunity, realizing that adventure and glory awaited beneath the dense canopy of the jungle.
It was here that a Lucius underwent a deep change. The valiant death of his companion Victor cooled Lucius’ need for attention and refocused him as a more benevolent and compassionate man. As he buried his trusted friend, Lucius vowed to protect the weak with the same fervour that he had previously chased glory.
After he and his companions defeated a dreaded jungle abomination called the Enn-Venook, Lucius was given the rank of Sergeant by the commander of Lantern Knight forces in Centara, Prelate Vander Dominica.
